The Ceri Hand Gallery is only a few minutes by car from Liverpool city centre, or 15 minutes on foot. Other galleries within 10-15 minutes walking distance are the Tate, Redwire Studios and The Royal Standard and also nearby are Richard Wilson's Turning the Place Over (2007) and Taro Chiezo's original Superlambanana (1998).
On foot from Tate Liverpool it's a good 15 mins walk; come out of the Albert Dock, turn left and keep walking up Strand Street, The Goree, past the Liver Building which should be on your left, along Waterloo Road, past Malmaison also on your left, keep walking past a little mini roundabout and a huge brick warehouse that's converted into flats and you'll walk past Toys R Us and Costco (on your right) and a Greek Taverna. Keep hugging the dock road as if you are walking towards Stanley Docks and the Heritage Market. Cotton Street is a turning on your right and we are half way down the street, number 12.
Please tell taxi drivers it's L3, near Toys R Us, Costco and the Taxi garage.
